The Fork head glides perfectly along your trapezius muscles starting from the upper neck area to your shoulders. It can be run across the Achilles and used to massage your calf muscles.
Used mostly for trigger points and the lower back. It can be used on either side of the spine, but should not be used directly on the bone.
